Returns Policy
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days.  The garment/goods must be returned with all original tags and packaging.  Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund.  The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer.  Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
If you require an exchange, for example for a different size or colour, return the product and we will send out a replacement.
Alternatively, if you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase online, returning the original purchase back to us, which will then be refunded.
 
 Faulty Returns.
 
If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please simply fill in the returns slip on the reverse of your receipt and return the item to us.  We will need to know the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or a refund.  Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product.  The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer.  Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement. 
 
Cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Note:
Please be careful when trying products on.  Ensuring that you are not wearing makeup, perfume, or deodorant which may leave marks on the product.  We will only accept products returned in their original condition.

Under Fall of Eve’s privacy policy we will not disclose your name, address, email address or telephone numbers unless we have informed you, been authorised by you, or are required to do so by law, subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
